Project Management is the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.  A project is a temporary endeavor, having a defined beginning and end undertaken to meet unique goals and objectives, usually to bring about beneficial change or added value.

The primary challenge of Project Management is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while honoring the preconceived project constraints. Typical constraints are scope, time, and budget. The secondary—and more ambitious—challenge is to optimize the allocation and integration of inputs necessary to meet pre-defined objectives.

Information Managers Project Managers are Project Management Professionals (PMP®) certified.

Information Managers Project Managers have Prince2® and/or Ernst & Young Navigator System Series methodologies certification.

Strategic Planning is an organization's process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy, including its capital and people.  In order to determine where it is going, the organization needs to know exactly where it stands, then determine where it wants to go and how it will get there.

Information Managers will ensure that your Strategic Plan will conclude with objectives, and a roadmap of ways to achieve those objectives.

Systems Analysis will typically determine the clients key business area opportunities and problems.  After establishing the clients requirements, Information Managers will perform a "build or buy" analysis against the clients requirements to determine degree of fit, costs, benefits, and associated risks of a custom solution, package solution, or a combination of both.

Systems Design is the process of defining the architecture, components, modules, interfaces, and data for a system to satisfy specified requirements as identified by the Systems Analysis.  Information Managers creates detailed specifications in order for its clients to understand and verify their requirements.
