Systems Analysis & Design

Systems Analysis will typically determine the clients key business area opportunities and problems.  After establishing the clients requirements, Information Managers will perform a "build or buy" analysis against the clients requirements to determine degree of fit, costs, benefits, and associated risks of a custom solution, package solution, or a combination of both.

Systems Design is the process of defining the architecture, components, modules, interfaces, and data for a system to satisfy specified requirements as identified by the Systems Analysis.  Information Managers creates detailed specifications in order for its clients to understand and verify their requirements.
